Car got lost after being sent for emissions checks. Ordered 1st of Feb, produced in Mid-April, in July dealership has no idea where the car is, when will be checked, when will be sent out. Stellantis has no logistics systems. Absolute joke. Escalated the case through local dealership, through regional, wrote even to DS. Absolutely no movement. No system for tracking their own cars. Cars are stuck if sent for emissions check. Multiple examples of cars like that. Car was ordered with every possible option on the highest trim Opera. DS can't seem to deliver their own cars. Absolute joke of delivery, ordering, client satisfaction etc. Nowhere need a premium brand or service. Cancelled the order and bought a Volvo XC60 the following weekend.
