Contacted by BYD to offer 1 vehicle available on park with optional gray color offered as a result. We accepted and got our vehicle in mid-December. If we had not accepted, I think the ordered vehicle would have arrived late

We are delighted with this vehicle both for its comfort and for its behavior on the road. u

Snow mode is very effective. First electric vehicle with another way of traveling to adopt (provide recharging).
Consumption
Average consumption of 20 kW over 3500 km with round trips in the mountains via motorway.
Driving aids
We systematically deactivate driver monitoring and voice retention because it is too painful to drive with it.

Initial delivery period of 3 months
Gillepoun had chosen the BYD Sealion 7, a highly sought-after model, on 06/10/2025. At the time of purchase, he was given a delivery date of 31/12/2025. This represented an initial delivery period of three months, a duration quite typical for such a vehicle 👍
Delivery 1 month ahead of schedule !
This timeframe could raise questions among future buyers about BYD's delivery schedule management, especially for a model as popular as the Sealion 7. Fortunately, Gillepoun's experience can provide reassurance on this point. BYD handled it well 👍

Gillepoun ordered their BYD Sealion 7 in France on 06/10/2025. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 31/12/2025, which was an initial delivery time of 3 months.
