Details from dikorda :
I have ordered a Citroën C5X Shine Pack, Plug-in Hybrid on 2 December 2022 in Athens Greece. The estimated delivery time they gave me then, was 6-8 months. At 26 April 2023 when I asked my Citroën dealer he informed me that my car was ready at the factory, and he gave me a two months estimated delivery time. My car still remain in that factory and I don’t know when it will arrive. The dealer explained to me that two months will take the transportation, from the moment of departure from the factory. I see that in France C5X’s delivery time is 4-5 months. I wonder where is the responsibility for the delay of the departure of my car. In Dongfeng factory or on Citroën distributor in Greece?
