😍 Share Cupra Formentor of Mikeyorks !
It's a V2 model with AWD. Initially quoted between 3 and 5 months for delivery. Actually built in Week 17 but awaiting shipping.
18.5.23 Vehicle on boat arriving at Tyne Port this weekend. So should be with the dealer during next week ................ eventually available from the dealer 7.6.23.
Initial thoughts - nowhere near as smooth to drive as my late Honda CRV (hybrid). The CVT gearbox that had did whine a bit under heavy acceleration but the Formentor isn't totally smooth under the same conditions - it does lurch a bit as it changes up. But the real downside is I'm forever (very rural area) on the brakes as it simply runs on when you lift off. The hybrid had regenerative braking in order to recharge the battery and paddles on the steering to increase that if wanted. Essentially I was able to drive the car with just the accelerator .............. and the change is going to get some getting used to. Looks good though!

Mikeyorks had chosen the Cupra Formentor, a highly sought-after model, on 19/10/2022. At the time of purchase, he was given a delivery date of 01/03/2023. This represented an initial delivery period of four months, a duration quite typical for such a vehicle 👍
A delivery perfectly on time !
This timeframe could raise questions among future buyers about Cupra's delivery schedule management, especially for a model as popular as the Formentor. Fortunately, Mikeyorks's experience can provide reassurance on this point. Cupra handled it well 👍
In fact, Mikeyorks waited 8 months
Mikeyorks ordered their Cupra Formentor in United Kingdom 
on 19/10/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 01/03/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 4 months. In the end, Mikeyorks took possession of the vehicle on 07/06/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 8 months.
