I checked with my dealer Monday 04/03/2024 concerning the delivery date (I currently have an EV6) and was advised that the car had not left South Korea yet. They couldn't say whether it was in production or waiting to be shipped. The dealer would get another delivery buletin about Mid-March.
I contacted my dealer 11/04/2024 and I was provided with the delivery schedule. Port arrival 25/04/2024, despatch 06/05/2024 and arrival at the dealer 07/05/2024.
The car was delayed still further but it was finally at the dealer 29/05/2024 and we took delivery Monday 03/062024. All good so far.

Initial delivery period of 4 months
Andrew337 had chosen the Kia EV9, a highly sought-after model, on 05/01/2024. At the time of purchase, he was given a delivery date of 26/04/2024. This represented an initial delivery period of four months, a duration quite typical for such a vehicle 👍
A delivery perfectly on time !
This timeframe could raise questions among future buyers about Kia's delivery schedule management, especially for a model as popular as the EV9. Fortunately, Andrew337's experience can provide reassurance on this point. Kia handled it well 👍
