Kia Sorento Hybrid Prestige : Started with order for 2023 model and now that has changed to 2024 model.
Jan 2024 was notified I would be getting 2024 model and would be notified when " it was in the pipe". Never heard any more and called every month to check. No car in the pipe line yet. Finally I took things in my own hands and starting seeking cars from other dealerships. In this process I learned the Kia Sorento hybrid ( regular model) had sun roof problems and they stopped making them working on the 2025 design. What is available ( if you are lucky) are the plug in models. I talked my dealer into trading with another dealership for a car. Pretty much, I had to do the work....they never offered this option. Happily I took delivery of the car yesterday but beware, the vehicle does not come with the charging cable. That is an accessory. Seems ridiculous that a plug in car does not come with the electric cord required.

Finally have a Sorento Hybrid Prestige but it is a plug in model. Not the model or the color I ordered but I am happy to have it finally. Almost 8 months from when I first ordered.

Initial delivery period of 4 months
