Expected delivery period of 7 months
When Kiko ordered his Kia Sportage on 26/10/2023, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 17/05/2024, a standard seven months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 11 months
For Kiko, the delivery of his Kia Sportage was postponed by more than eleven months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, Kiko waited 18 months
Kiko ordered their Kia Sportage in France on 26/10/2023. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 17/05/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 7 months. In the end, Kiko took possession of the vehicle on 11/04/2025, which resulted in a waiting time of 18 months.
