| Gasoline 1.2 100ch Auto | Kristall Silver
waited 9 months
Order : 21/02/2024 | Delivery : 03/12/2024
Details from Laurobal :
The art of mandolins the customer to justify 1 delay
.The manufacturer favors electric vehicles over gasoline
.Olympic Games effect delaying deliveries to Paris
Vehicle arriving at 1 poorly identified site to date...
Stellantis logistics does not communicate and act as it wishes for deliveries to dealerships
(surprising that with modern means of traceability QR code, bar code, 1 vehicle cannot be traced....)
To date no visibility on the date of arrival at the dealership
Totally failing group 1806 dealership with no control over Opel Stellantis
📅 Laurobal's Order History
03/12/2024 :
The dealer's argument is the attribution of the delay to the manufacturer who would favor vehicles...electric...while having very poor logistics....It is surprising, all the same, that the chassis number was known at the end of July (2 months after the contractual delivery date,...all the same)
I also suspect a financial fragility of the dealership, 1 of its branches in Paris closed...in...July, my file having been managed from the headquarters in...Vaucluse...
And it was when I wanted to cancel the order 20 days ago that my vehicle...reappeared...

Expected delivery period of 3 months
When Laurobal ordered his Opel Corsa on 21/02/2024, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 27/05/2024, a standard three months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 6 months
For Laurobal, the delivery of his Opel Corsa was postponed by more than six months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, Laurobal waited 9 months
