Expected delivery period of 5 months
When StLeon ordered his Seat Leon on 21/09/2021, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 24/02/2022, a standard five months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 21 months
For StLeon, the delivery of his Seat Leon was postponed by more than twenty months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, StLeon waited 26 months
StLeon ordered their Seat Leon in Finland on 21/09/2021. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 24/02/2022, which was an initial delivery time of 5 months. In the end, StLeon took possession of the vehicle on 09/11/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 26 months.
