Ordered my new Yaris Cross on 18/9/23. Given a delivery date of end December, but assured it would be before then. Dealer told me they were expecting it 5/12, but it did not arrive. The tracker on My Toyota was showing it left the factory around the beginning of December. Since then it has been showing it in transit in Zeebrugge. I was told by the dealer that they were expecting it 15th January 24, and their tracker was showing it ‘at sea’. On 15th Jan they rang and told me it was now expected 15/2/24. As they could not guarantee it would arrive then and I need a bigger car I have cancelled my order and bought a second hand one.
