Delivery has been pushed back to November 2023 so 11 months from order. BMW has advised that I must pay the price increase on the extras I specified, but not on the base car. I was given the opportunity to cancel and receive a deposit refund, but am still going ahead with the order.

Initial delivery period of 11 months
JeffHu had chosen the BMW X1, a highly sought-after model, on 23/12/2022. At the time of purchase, he was given a delivery date of 22/11/2023. This represented an initial delivery period of eleven months, a duration quite typical for such a vehicle 👍
A delivery perfectly on time !

In fact, JeffHu waited 11 months
JeffHu ordered their BMW X1 in United Kingdom 
on 23/12/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 22/11/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 11 months. In the end, JeffHu took possession of the vehicle on 21/11/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 11 months.
