Ordered 18/08/2022, Ami with Kahki Trim, ( not available now ), Citroen missed the first "firm, no later than..." delivery date, then extended delivery 9 weeks to 22/5/2023 and missed that date too. I have all the documents, carte gris, immatriculation, insurance done and in hand, even the €900,00 Eco Bonus refund for a month or more...BUT no AMI. According to Citroen it is in "transportation" and has been for more than two weeks now and Citroen have no tracking on the car! Unbelievable bad service from Citroen, as of 1/6/2023 I still do not know when the car will be delivered to the dealership.
8/6/2023 Another week gone by with no news at all from Citroen. I called the delivery dealership this week and they too do not know where my AMI is, still "with the transporter" Citroen says. I guess the horse that is bringing it here died on the road. I will be away for a week and hope, without much confidence, that I will have good news on my return.

Another two weeks gone without any news at all from Citroen about where my AMI is and when it will arrive at the delivery Citroen dealers. More than a month now past their May 22nd "postponed date". This is completely unacceptable, but what can one do? Ranting and raving at them is like shouting at a wall.

Another "promised" delivery date missed last week. No-one at the Citroen Ami HQ seems to know what is happening. This is beyond stupid now.
ARRIVED.........after Citroen "losing" the car to the transporter for 6 weeks it was finally delivered by Citroen BUT to the wrong dealership 100kms away! That took another week to sort out and the car was collected from the intended dealer a week ago.
I can't say it was worth the wait, two weeks shy of one year from the order date of 18/08/2022, but I am happy to have it at long last. Citroen's incompetence, especially with the delivery of my AMI, has been unbelievable throughout this saga.

Initial delivery period of 8 months
AmiAveyron had opted for the Citroën AMI on 18/08/2022. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 05/04/2023, equating to a eight months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 4 months
In AmiAveyron's case, his Citroën AMI was delivered with a slight four months delay, on 04/08/2023. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Citroën still managed well.
In fact, AmiAveyron waited 12 months
AmiAveyron ordered their Citroën AMI in France 
on 18/08/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 05/04/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 8 months. In the end, AmiAveyron took possession of the vehicle on 04/08/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 12 months.
