Details from Laustralien 22 :
Since the scheduled delivery date of September 4, 2024, Citroen has been carrying me around. First on the phone at the beginning of September, telling me that the car is being finalized and that they are calling on the carrier.
I receive the registration document at the beginning of September and I am told that it takes between 4 and 6 weeks for delivery. Six weeks later, I am told that they are making an emergency call to the carrier. 10 days later still nothing. 8590€ paid in cash and Citroën doesn't care about people's G.....E.
New email sent on 10/22/2024 to ask where my vehicle was and if there was a problem concerning it, response from Citroen, the carrier was contacted urgently on 10/11/2024? What would it be if it wasn't urgent!!!!

Expected delivery period of 2 months

In the end, Laustralien 22 took possession of the vehicle on 17/01/2025, which resulted in a waiting time of 7 months.
