Options: heated seats and 4-season tires
rather satisfactory with the car despite the 10 months of waiting instead of 6 announced, and absolutely no communication with the dealer. Last example I go to the dealership on 16/12 I am told that my car has arrived (weird...) on 26 or 27/12 I receive the registration document (I bought the car, not rented) on 4/01 I call the dealership the secretary as dab tells me that I will be called back, the next day I try the secretary's email (miraculously she calls me back...) and gives me an appointment on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. (I choose the time)
Thursday 9/01 at 6:30 p.m. I leave the dealership with my Born....
I think the car is great! But it's really not serious at all neither from VAG nor from my dealer

My sales representative assured me that my Born had been manufactured, but it was impossible to find out more, Cupra and vag customer service told me that they were unable to find out more, and referred me to my sales representative.
I'm going to wait a few more months and then I'll cancel my purchase and try to find a second-hand electric... In any case I think this will be my last car from the VAG group, even though I've bought a lot of them!!

Initial delivery period of 6 months
Philman had opted for the Cupra Born on 03/04/2024. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 03/10/2024, equating to a six months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 3 months
In Philman's case, his Cupra Born was delivered with a slight three months delay, on 09/01/2025. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Cupra still managed well.
In fact, Philman waited 9 months
Philman ordered their Cupra Born in France on 03/04/2024. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 03/10/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 6 months. In the end, Philman took possession of the vehicle on 09/01/2025, which resulted in a waiting time of 9 months.
