Since the end of August, the dealership "Cupra City Garage Paris" has been unable to locate the car.
Cupra customer service says it cannot intervene.
How is it possible that no service is able to know where a vehicle is?

I canceled my Cupra Tavascan order at the beginning of October 2025, because the “Cupra City Garage Paris” dealership was not able to provide me with a delivery date, nor to offer a commercial gesture to compensate for this delay.
I advise you not to buy a vehicle from this dealership and recommend that you move towards another.
It is regrettable that, as a Spaniard, I have to make this speech about a Spanish brand.
