Order placed with a dealer with financing request for company vehicle.
Where with my previous rental company, I did not need an increased first rent, this is obligatory with VW financing and there is no way to have a contact to negotiate directly.
Well, I find this stupid because it weighs down the treasury of a company and its result the first year of rental. I am placing an order with a request for delivery in February 2026 because I am returning my old vehicle that month.
Version 2026
Receipt of the vehicle ordered in August 2025. And surprise to have a 2026 version. All that remains is the assembly of the hitch which was not delivered.
What changes in the 2026 version?
Emission of a sound when in Cupra mode to simulate a futuristic engine.
Added a button to open the electric tailgate on the driver's door.
Cupra connect for 10 years compared to 3 years on old versions.
Otherwise nothing new...

On the other hand, it is impossible to know which park. Since complete silence from the VW group. Ericzen had chosen the Cupra Tavascan, a highly sought-after model, on 28/08/2025. At the time of purchase, he was given a delivery date of 28/02/2026. This represented an initial delivery period of six months, a duration quite typical for such a vehicle 👍

Ericzen ordered their Cupra Tavascan in France
