05/27/2025: We enter the big nonsense of the DACIA sales network.
The MyDacia application wakes up and tells me a delivery for mid-July, early August.
I contact the dealer who tells me that delivery is for the end of June (vehicle in quality control and awaiting transport) but that he doesn't really know why.
He tells me that vehicles like mine are high-end and only produced now and that none are in circulation in Belgium. A trip to the Bigster Facebook page to realize that his statement is just false.
In short, DACIA is making fun of me!!!

According to the MyDacia application (Web or mobile app) my vehicle would be delivered between June 30 and July 13.
Starting to have doubts about the MyDacia application.

Visit the Dacia dealership to see the Bigster which is on display.
The dealer has the chassis number of mine and delivery is still scheduled for June at the latest.
I'm not the only one to complain about the delivery information provided by the MyDacia app.
Advice, trust the dealership rather than the app.

We would like to apologize for this inconvenience and delay.
We are indeed experiencing delivery times that are longer than usual, but our colleagues are doing everything they can to make up for it as best they can."
In short, it's not great on the part of Dacia to launch a new vehicle, launch the opening of orders with great fanfare and then tell the "early adopters" that there are now delays in delivery.

Initial delivery period of 5 months
Frenchsimmer had opted for the Dacia Bigster on 11/01/2025. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 02/06/2025, equating to a five months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 3 months
In Frenchsimmer's case, his Dacia Bigster was delivered with a slight three months delay, on 29/08/2025. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Dacia still managed well.
In fact, frenchsimmer waited 8 months
Frenchsimmer ordered their Dacia Bigster in Belgium on 11/01/2025. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 02/06/2025, which was an initial delivery time of 5 months. In the end, Frenchsimmer took possession of the vehicle on 29/08/2025, which resulted in a waiting time of 8 months.
