Details from Patrick33 :
I ordered a bigster 4x4 with all options plus accessories (steps, trailer hitch, ski rack) for the modest turnkey sum of €37k and all without any discount or commercial gesture. The vehicle was to be delivered to me at the end of October, then at the end of November and now I am told that it will probably be towards the end of January, so the holidays without a car plus a ski trip in January, it is up to me to sort it out, it is simply UNACCEPTABLE. This is the third vehicle I have purchased (2 duster 4x4s previously). At Renault Dacia France I was told that the car came off the line on November 16 and has since been waiting for transport to France, absolutely crazy. Totally unacceptable delays and no information filters either from the dealer or from Dacia France, if the price of Dacias is no longer low cost for a long time everything else is, organization, management, logistics from another time, almost non-existent communication etc. in short such an organization transposed into a nuclear power plant and it is within months who come from Chernobyl 2. For my part, I would no longer order my car from a dealer but from an agent, if that had been the case: one I would have had it since mid-October, two I would have gained between 2500 and 3000€ compared to the dealer (dealership fees billed crazy, cheaper options prices from an agent...) and three I would have benefited from a 5-year warranty extension in short I won't be bothered again with the concessions, the salespeople are just good at signing an order form for the rest they don't care at all, including at Renault Dacia France which plays the empathy of circumstances but has no answer to give you when to know the delivery of your vehicle. A journalist to whom I telephoned and who was willing to listen to me told me that unfortunately I was not alone in this situation and that Dacia was practicing total olerta on the subject. In truth he told me that France had validated quotas that were too low and that these had been exceeded since September, this is where we are in our country which is becoming underdeveloped.
