For the removable towbar, there is a no go on the Dacia side for the moment.
I have given my agreement to collect the vehicle as is and I will make an appointment for the installation of the hitch.
The delivery date will be confirmed next week.

Appointment made with the cc to collect the vehicle on Monday 04/08.
Provisional immat certificate communicated, all that remains is to ensure it for next Monday and make the bank transfer.
