Ordered Dacia jogger hybrid Extreme. Initial deadline end of June then end of July. Still not received… and the VIN number no longer gives any information….
I have not heard from Dacia Switzerland customer service. Basically, no one knows where my car is…

Today we just found the trace of my car, after 3 “insistent” calls to customer service. Initial deadline end of July. It will end at the end of October if all goes well. No commercial gesture at the moment, to be defined once the vehicle has been received.
02/10/2024 :
I am told that the deadline of the end of October cannot be met. It should have been in production on September 25 and is still not there today...
22/10/2024 :
Great progress! My vehicle is on its way to Switzerland! It should be delivered to the garage next week

Initial delivery period of 3 months
Lowrider had opted for the Dacia Jogger on 29/04/2024. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 01/08/2024, equating to a three months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 3 months
In Lowrider's case, his Dacia Jogger was delivered with a slight three months delay, on 06/11/2024. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Dacia still managed well.
In fact, Lowrider waited 6 months
Lowrider ordered their Dacia Jogger in Switzerland on 29/04/2024. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 01/08/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 3 months. In the end, Lowrider took possession of the vehicle on 06/11/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 6 months.
