I called Dacia customer service to prioritize the vehicle, it had been in Le Havre since December 2022, it was resolved in 5 days, it was in a dealership in Moselle.
Do not hesitate to use their service, they are super friendly and follow your problem from A to Z, if I had known I would have called them well before.

Initial delivery period of 7 months
