Called customer service, still no progress. They don't know anything. They are just able to say that there is a delay in deliveries!!! Fiat's customer relations are a disaster. I am strongly considering canceling my order.

Email from Fiat telling me that I cannot cancel my order for the DolceVita despite being 3 months late on the scheduled delivery date, because I signed a rental contract!!!

It’s moving!!! After a dirty email to Fiat. Received the registration number by text message today. The registration document would be in progress. Yay.

Receipt of my registration document on July 24, so happy! But today, August 5, still no news for delivery. Let's be patient again...

The Topolino would be at the port of fos-sur-mer awaiting delivery!!! Patience

Email from my Fiat dealership today to tell me that they have received my Topolino Dolcevita. Normally, I pick it up Monday September 2, while they prepare it!!! So happy.
31/08/2024 :
Delivered today!!! After negotiation with the dealer, I was able to collect it this Saturday August 31, 2024, after 4 months of delay.
The return home was a real pleasure (hair in the wind). It works very well, it has a smooth start and in town we are in the flow of traffic without hindering traffic.
It's the first Dolcevita in my town, it attracts all eyes.

Initial delivery period of 5 months
Anou had opted for the Fiat Topolino on 20/12/2023. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 08/05/2024, equating to a five months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 3 months
In Anou's case, his Fiat Topolino was delivered with a slight three months delay, on 31/08/2024. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Fiat still managed well.
