Details from MAELLAG :
On March 28, 2025, I signed a purchase order for a financed vehicle and validated the same day. Delivery was confirmed on June 4, 2025.
Since this date, despite:
receipt of a first registration document on May 14, 2025,
a chassis reassignment accepted on July 30, 2025 under the express condition of delivery before the end of August,
a new registration document issued on August 28, 2025,
and a delivery commitment within 15 days on September 3, 2025,
I have still not received any vehicle to date (September 26, 2025).
Each reminder only brings me contradictory explanations and incessant reports, evoking a hypothetical “quality control”. This situation constitutes a serious breach of your contractual and legal obligations.
