Car was delivered before date in the end very little communication , the infamous tunnel cover was missing but did get posted to me a. Week later . Have had trouble getting the app to work and useless customer service but by all accounts it’s not worth it . And never received the shelf mats in the end bought some as I was sick of things sliding of . I have been informed by the importer that my vehicle will be built on the 9th March and should be transported & ready for delivery by the end of this, (March), month.
I still have the right to cancel the order completely if it is not delivered during March.
01.05.2014. I am still waiting! there was a strike in Finland of dockworkers for 3 weeks which meant a backlog of vehicles in German harbours waiting for export to Finland. I have not heard from the importer as to whether the Avenger is in Finland or not. I still have the option of cancelling so it´s a "wait and see scenario" at the moment. New cars are considerably cheaper now and the prices of EV´s are dropping continuously, with new models appearing on the market at a fast rate. I am still going for a European made vehicle whatever happens.
