21/05/2026 : My salesman tells me that my Compass has left the factory, a reasonable time frame so far...
05/06/2026 : My salesman tells me that my Compass is in Corbas (Lyon). Still reasonable time to do Melfi/Corbas…
29/06/2026 : My seller gives me the provisional registration certificate
15/07/2026 : I received the registration document, but still no car, very strong on their part because I can no longer cancel the sale.
27/07/2026 : I meet with the Sales Manager of my dealership. No one can tell me where my Compass is and when it will arrive. The deadline being 07/28, I warn him of my intention to send a formal notice on the 29th and give him a copy.
28/07/2026 : It is still unthinkable that a delivery would take 2 months to reach Corbas/Toulon and above all that no one could tell me why this delay with current logistical resources.
30/07/2026 : The formal notice is gone. I requested the loan of an identical car until mine was delivered. I have nothing at the moment.
13/08/2026 : Still no news about my vehicle even though the registration document in my possession is a month and a half old…

Today 07/21 I am still waiting for my Compass. I'm thinking more and more, but I hope I'm wrong, that they gave my car to someone else (cronyism or kickbacks) but if they reordered in June or July I won't have my car until September. Stellantis customer service opened a file but I still have no response for 1 month even though they promise a response within 3 days.

It's still strange how they work..., I had the registration card in the mailbox the day he gave me the car at the dealership, logically it should be in the garage. I already have a problem with mine (rear camera which took on water after cleaning)

Another week has passed and still nothing. My dealer did very well, I received my registration document without having the car. Very strong of him because this way I can no longer cancel my order. Not very honest of him.

Still not delivered, it has only been in France for 5 weeks. Well done Stellantis logistics… and still no response from customer service.

Still no news. I was promised it for this week but I think I was told something wrong again. I made a request to Jeep customer service who opened a file but did not give me a response.
