When Gfo ordered his Kia EV6 on 24/02/2023, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 31/10/2023, a standard eight months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 7 months
For Gfo, the delivery of his Kia EV6 was postponed by more than seven months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, Gfo waited 15 months
Gfo ordered their Kia EV6 in France on 24/02/2023. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 31/10/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 8 months. In the end, Gfo took possession of the vehicle on 29/05/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 15 months.
