Dec 22: delivery currently announced at the end of March 2023
Feb 23: Production date pushed back another 15 days due to missing 4Matic parts. Production date 27.01 postponed again to 8.02.
03.15.23: It would be produced and on the boat for Europe. Expected at the dealership around mid-April. Departure on March 1st from South Africa by boat
04.22.23: Car arrived on March 27 in Germany, unloaded from the boat on March 29, arrived in the Netherlands on April 14. April 18 arrival at dealership and April 25 appointment made to finally be happy very patient owner
21.05.23 after 3 weeks and 2500 km appointment made at the garage to alert cooling circuit fault...

Initial delivery period of 8 months
ADB had opted for the Mercedes Classe C on 27/04/2022. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 31/12/2022, equating to a eight months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 4 months
In ADB's case, his Mercedes Classe C was delivered with a slight four months delay, on 28/04/2023. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Mercedes still managed well.
In fact, ADB waited 12 months
ADB ordered their Mercedes Classe C in Belgium 
on 27/04/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 31/12/2022, which was an initial delivery time of 8 months. In the end, ADB took possession of the vehicle on 28/04/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 12 months.
