While waiting for our dear car to finally arrive, we decided to give it a first name. But be careful, not just any one! We wanted a name that resonated with impatience and endless delays. After a passionate debate (and a few giggles), Désirée or Espérance became obvious. That said, if the deadlines continue to lengthen, we could also opt for Patience or even Miracle...
At this rate, we wonder if it will arrive in “vintage collection” mode with a historical plaque directly included! But hey, we have hope: it will end up showing its hood one day or another, right?

Initial delivery period of 8 months
Guinness had opted for the Mercedes GLB on 02/05/2024. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 31/12/2024, equating to a eight months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 4 months
In Guinness's case, his Mercedes GLB was delivered with a slight four months delay, on 17/05/2025. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Mercedes still managed well.
