Phew! After 6 months of waiting, I took possession of it today Wednesday 02/07/24.
Really magnificent, and for the performances, I need some learning time...
Design
Really successful, I have been approached several times by people who told me that they found it superb! I'm posting a photo that shows the color "Andes gray". Interior space is very good for a compact, both front and rear. It's a comfort-oriented vehicle, which suits me very well.
Performances
I don't drive on the highway, my average consumption since the start is 15.9 kWh / 100 km. At 110 km/h, I hover around 16 km/h/100 km. With a lot of city traffic I even reach 450 - 460 km of autonomy! Breathtaking acceleration, the suspension is very correct, it is not hard at all even if it has been firmed up on this model. My insurance is cheaper than the previous one. Compared to gasoline, I save with electricity and insurance around 130 - 140 € per month, not negligible at all.
Nothing to complain about on the road. I have not yet tested level 2 assisted driving.
Equipment
The touch screen is not very responsive, you have to press the icons, but it's secondary for me, I don't use it much. The screen is large enough. Otherwise it's very complete. I had a Bose sound system on my previous vehicle, I don't see any particular difference with that of the MG4, I find the sound very good.
Rapport final
A 435 hp vehicle at this price: unbeatable! Successful design, very complete equipment. We'll see about reliability over time, but I don't have any particular concerns. I took it on LLD given the technological evolution of batteries.

Initial delivery period of 8 months
Serge had chosen the MG4, a highly sought-after model, on 21/07/2023. At the time of purchase, he was given a delivery date of 31/03/2024. This represented an initial delivery period of eight months, a duration quite typical for such a vehicle 👍
Delivery 1 month ahead of schedule !
This timeframe could raise questions among future buyers about MG's delivery schedule management, especially for a model as popular as the MG4. Fortunately, Serge's experience can provide reassurance on this point. MG handled it well 👍

Serge ordered their MG4 in France 
on 21/07/2023. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 31/03/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 8 months. In the end, Serge took possession of the vehicle on 07/02/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 7 months.
