Still waiting. Was told by my dealer that it would be in July 24 so delivery set back one month since order placed. Nissan would do well to keep their customers updated on progress.

So the order was delivered 5 weeks late. On the plus side, it had more equipment than I was expecting for this spec. For example, it had a auto tail gate with foot activated opening. Also, a power hike of 11 BHP. Apparently this is all due to the electronic chips avaliable providing the unscheduled upgrades. Most welcome!

Initial delivery period of 3 months
Carnage had opted for the Nissan X-Trail on 04/03/2024. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 03/06/2024, equating to a three months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 1 month
In Carnage's case, his Nissan X-Trail was delivered with a slight one month delay, on 06/07/2024. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Nissan still managed well.
In fact, Carnage waited 4 months
Carnage ordered their Nissan X-Trail in United Kingdom on 04/03/2024. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 03/06/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 3 months. In the end, Carnage took possession of the vehicle on 06/07/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 4 months.
