I ordered my car in May 2022, the initial delivery date scheduled for 08/30/2022 was pushed back for the first time to the end of February 2023. Then at the end of February it was pushed back to the end of April and the beginning of May 2023.
The dealership has almost no information to give! Opel will not communicate or very little depending on the dealer! In short, we wait!
Following a registered delivery letter and with the support of my legal assistance, the dealership announced to me on July 6, 2023 that the vehicle was manufactured and in the process of being delivered. He would even be in France!!! BUT....
That there were no carriers to deliver the car.....
Stellantis and/or OPEL it’s a joke!...
I so regret having bought a car from this Stellantis group which stands out for its incompetence.
In short, it is August 14, 2023 and since July 6 I have had no news! For a vehicle ordered on June 28, 2022...
Run away!....
August 14, 2023 still no information on future delivery... and on August 16 it is at the dealership!!!
the communication of the Stéllantis group can ONLY progress...
Excitement takes precedence over incomprehension because in a few days I will be delivered (08/22/2023).
That's it, I received it, it's magnificent, great!!
but what an adventure! 14 months to receive a car is a long time, but the wait would have been much easier if the communication from the Stéllantis group and therefore Opel had been up to par.
