Order : 21/02/2023 | Delivery : 26/10/2023
Details from ARM :
Waiting for 8 months for my Astra... next deadline indicated: October 20... but I remain perplexed knowing that the delivery date has already been postponed several times.
The salespeople are super quick to sell the vehicles but then for order tracking… no more sound, no more image! Forced to harass them by phone so that they pick up! And then, to be told, it’s not our fault, it’s the factory! Yes OK it's the factory, but in this case we find out and get back to the customer!
In short, one and only time that I will take a car on LOA from them.
