I have the VIN and I added the vehicle in the Renault app, however I have no tracking unlike others where it is automatic. No one at Renault to resolve this lack of follow-up.
Update: the delivery date having not been respected and having sold my previous vehicle, my dealer helped me out with a Twingo.
The Austral was manufactured on January 25, we can only hope for a rapid repatriation for delivery.

Initial delivery period of 3 months
Patryk had opted for the Renault Austral on 22/10/2022. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 31/01/2023, equating to a three months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 1 month
In Patryk's case, his Renault Austral was delivered with a slight one month delay, on 01/03/2023. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Renault still managed well.
In fact, Patryk waited 4 months
Patryk ordered their Renault Austral in France on 22/10/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 31/01/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 3 months. In the end, Patryk took possession of the vehicle on 01/03/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 4 months.
