Today 26th May 2023 I called the dealer and was informed delivery might be as late as 2025 can't believe it.
Still no news on delivery I feel they should at least give an update but nothing.
12th Feb. 2024 informed by dealership that there is still no build date for my vehicle.
July 3rd 2024 Just had call from dealer car has been built and delivery expected in three weeks I will keep my fingers crossed.
Now 13 August 2024 still not in the country they say.
At last got it 16th September and has quite a few upgrades since my order was made including a full digital cockpit that will take a while to master I think.

Initial delivery period of 18 months
Jim had opted for the Volkswagen Caddy on 23/01/2023. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 26/07/2024, equating to a eighteen months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 2 months
In Jim's case, his Volkswagen Caddy was delivered with a slight two months delay, on 16/09/2024. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Volkswagen still managed well.
In fact, jim waited 20 months
Jim ordered their Volkswagen Caddy in United Kingdom on 23/01/2023. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 26/07/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 18 months. In the end, Jim took possession of the vehicle on 16/09/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 20 months.
