Are waiting over a year for a basic VW t roc car
We had no emails,from VW ,dealer was going to reply to our phone messages but never did,not texts
Wrote a letter to the manager in the end
Then the car arrived,shame on the VW dealers because it is such a lovely car
They would get more deals if they treated customers with more respect
Hope you other people will get their car soon and enjoy summer

After waiting for over a year for a basic VW t roc
We sent VW dealer texts, emails,phone calls and got no response
We wrote the manager a letter,then we got the car
It's a shame VW dealers would sell a lot more cars ,if only they responded to customers queries
Not responding does not help them at all
I hope you all enjoy your car when receiving one,hopefully you won't have to wait to long
