Big problem with delivery.
My seller contacted me on 2/26 to tell me that my vehicle was in production and that it should arrive quickly.
Today, March 23, I contacted him because I had no further news.
My vehicle came off the line and is sleeping on the factory grounds in Portugal because there is a shortage of drivers, and also of Porte-huit (flatbed truck for vehicle transport) for the moment it is impossible to transport the vehicles to Villers-Cotteret! There you go, there you go!

My sales advisor informed me on the day of delivery that the information he had received (shortage of Porte-huit and drivers) involving the vehicle being blocked for a month in the parking lot was false.
What delays the release of vehicles once they leave the line is due to a new invoicing policy of the Volkswagen Group which blocks vehicles in the parking lot in Portugal.
He told me that a customer who, like me, ordered a T-Roc in December was not delivered and would not be delivered for 3 weeks! Lamentable.
For your information, my vehicle remained stuck in Portugal during the Sahara sand episode. Vehicle delivered with a dirty engine block not even cleaned, sloppy interior finish, rough cutting of the carpet around the ventilation nozzles, gap between ARD door trim and deflector! In short, very disappointed for my 10th Volkswagen vehicle!

Mimizou had chosen the Volkswagen T-Roc, a highly sought-after model, on 14/12/2023. At the time of purchase, he was given a delivery date of 14/04/2024. This represented an initial delivery period of four months, a duration quite typical for such a vehicle 👍
A delivery perfectly on time !
This timeframe could raise questions among future buyers about Volkswagen's delivery schedule management, especially for a model as popular as the T-Roc. Fortunately, Mimizou's experience can provide reassurance on this point. Volkswagen handled it well 👍

Mimizou ordered their Volkswagen T-Roc in France on 14/12/2023. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 14/04/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 4 months. In the end, Mimizou took possession of the vehicle on 26/04/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 4 months.
