I placed my order on June 9, 2025. The dealer has informed me that, according to VW’s production planning, my car will only enter production in week 8 of 2026. That means more than eight months just to start production, and realistically close to 10 months or more before actual delivery.
This seems completely disproportionate, especially for a model newly launched on the French market. While I understand longer timelines for certain configurations, such delays feel excessive — almost “crazy” compared to what’s usually expected.
I’m sharing this experience so other buyers know what to expect when ordering this version.
