Still not delivered, delivery initially postponed for the end of October, I am now talking about the beginning of December, perhaps!
I have just hired a lawyer and I have already sent a formal notice to the garage. Today, I am told that my vehicle should enter production in the 3rd week of January 2026. The garage refuses the loan of a vehicle.
The vehicle arrived at the dealership. Normally, I should be delivered on 02/13/26, i.e. 11 and a half months with a delay of 5 and a half months compared to the extreme delivery date announced when signing the order form.
That's it, the vehicle I so desired has just been delivered to me.
VW France took charge of the 2026/2025 tax differential, i.e. 1970 euros. And I should have a normal commercial gesture.

For BC, the delivery of his Volkswagen Tiguan was postponed by more than six months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, BC waited 12 months
BC ordered their Volkswagen Tiguan in France on 26/02/2025. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 26/08/2025, which was an initial delivery time of 6 months. In the end, BC took possession of the vehicle on 13/02/2026, which resulted in a waiting time of 12 months.
