Order placed with an AutoDiscount agent on 12/17/2021 for a Touran Carat with many options: travel pack, winter pack with heated steering wheel, towbar, DCC, etc. Delivery scheduled for 12/15/2022, then postponed to 02/25/2023 and today undetermined deadline! With proposal for reimbursement of the deposit.

13/01/2024 :
On September 19, 2023, my agent informed me that my vehicle will be put into production, registered in October/November and delivery scheduled for April 2024! During December, still nothing, I called my agent (Auto Avantages “in connection with Macif”) who told me that the Touran was waiting for a carrier. As of today, January 13, 2024, no further news. It's okay that I'm not in a hurry, my 12 year old Scénic 3 still works great.
13/03/2024 :
My vehicle has been registered for the first time in the name of the agent since 12/8/2023, in my name since 02/19/2024. It must be brought to me as close as possible (100km) after March 18.
02/04/2024 :
After more than 27 months of waiting, I finally took possession of my Touran Carat (existing model when I ordered) which made a good impression on me without disorienting me from my Scénic 3 which suited me perfectly for more than 12 years. A little hard to get used to the automatic gearbox, luckily I have the paddles on the steering wheel. Comfortable vehicle and above all quite panoramic compared to an SUV. To see the reliability over time.
