Details from brainier :
Ordered in the UK direct from Volvo in Nov 2022 expecting it to go into production Nov 2023, with a delivery Q1 2024. Production started June 2024 and my car goes on the line Dec 17th 2024 as reported by the Volvo app with a April 2025 delivery date in the UK. Mid March 2025 the delivery date changed to mid May and then a few weeks later to end of June. The car was built April 2025, so end of June is possible.

Expected delivery period of 12 months
When Brainier ordered his Volvo EX90 on 22/11/2022, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 22/11/2023, a standard twelve months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 19 months
For Brainier, the delivery of his Volvo EX90 was postponed by more than nineteen months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, brainier waited 31 months
