Multiple calls but each time the same answer (at least when all the advisors are not busy, which has been systematic since the beginning of August): they do not know why the vehicle has been located in the parking lot awaiting delivery for so long and will find out.
Some have put forward the hypothesis of reminders for parallelism, the battery. But every time: no return. I'm not even sure that a refund request would be honored given the lack of communication.
The intelligence service seems to be in good faith (when it can be reached) but the logistics upstream could not be more deplorable.
I sent a delivery notice for the end of the month by email 3 days ago.

When Freed10 ordered his Citroën AMI on 13/05/2024, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 26/06/2024, a standard one months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 7 months
For Freed10, the delivery of his Citroën AMI was postponed by more than six months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, Freed10 waited 8 months
Freed10 ordered their Citroën AMI in France on 13/05/2024. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 26/06/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 1 months. In the end, Freed10 took possession of the vehicle on 06/01/2025, which resulted in a waiting time of 8 months.
