I learned, after calling because I had no news about my vehicle, from the salesperson who sold me my C3 aircross hybrid, that there would be a "SLIGHT" delivery delay of...5 MONTHS!!!
This casualness really makes me.
boil. It is April 10, 2025, I still have not received my vehicle.
While Citroën had given me a glimpse of a delivery for April...
No information from my dealer...
Citroën customer service is really a big scam.
Never the same person and no real action on my file...
In short, I feel like a pawn of no importance...
Today, April 22, 2025, still no news from my car: it’s lamentable!
Today, May 19, 2025, I received a letter from the sales manager wishing me "good handling" of my vehicle with the subject: "vehicle delivery".
But... no nothing, nothing still nothing. I can't take it anymore.

I went to the dealership.
And finally, nothing at all.
He really doesn't care about his customers.

Ordered in September 2024 still no C3 and NO news from dealer.

Do you know the chassis number?
We ordered a vehicle at the end of April (with known chassis number) and a planned delivery at the beginning of June (just had to be delivered because it was already built). But delivery was postponed to 07/10 without explanation from Stellatis. It seems stuck in Mulhouse...
Faced with the lack of information from STallantis I am trying to understand their logic...if there is one...
