The provisional delivery was planned for the end of June and the beginning of July. The car left the factory on August 31 and since that date, it has been stuck in Rennes waiting for a truck to take it back to IDF. This delivery delay is seriously starting to annoy us. We almost want to go find it ourselves! The dealership tells us that it cannot do anything, that there are delivery problems linked to the new service provider in charge of transporting the cars.
The latest news is that the car left the Rennes factory on September 27, 2022. And since that day, it has been in Fleury Mérogis for engraving! We opened a complaint with Stellantis France but always the same answer: they can't do anything. The dealership must get closer to the Fleury Mérogis platform (as if it didn't do it every day...). We give them 15 days before taking legal action to force them to deliver the vehicle via financial penalties.
Update to 12/21/2022: We FINALLY have our new car. She is superb! All options are present.

Frifri ordered their Citroën C5 Aircross on 13/03/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 07/07/2022, which was an initial delivery time of 4 months. In the end, Frifri took possession of the vehicle on 21/12/2022, which resulted in a waiting time of 9 months.
