Details from Spring :
Vehicle still awaiting delivery to the storage site following a problem with WV bank which canceled my LLD contract without reason. After several contacts with Cupra customer service and the dealership, I had to wait several weeks again to resolve the situation and have the vehicle delivered to the dealership to register it.

To date, no one is able to give me a delivery date. The vehicle was manufactured on 07/08/24 and is present at the Cupra France waiting site in Val d'Oise. The carrier does not respond. I am in contact with France Cupra customer service in order to resolve the situation.
10/02/2025 :
After numerous reminders to the Cupra and Cupra France dealership, I canceled my order. No one able to tell me why the LLD file is still blocked. I strongly advise against the Paris 13, 15 dealership. The sales director does not follow up on the files.
