Car announced as being produced in May 2024 by the dealership (I specify that I am at the origin of all calls or visits, the dealership has never kept me informed of itself). The car arrived in France in July 2024 but still not delivered as of November 10! I don't want to drive in this car anymore! The dealer offered to cancel the order without any problem. I refuse to give them the pleasure of finally satisfying another customer quickly! Buy a CUPRA only if you don't need a car.

I was finally told that my car would be delivered for Friday, December 13! Or one day from the anniversary date of the order 🥵
The car has supposedly been in France since July. I have no other explanation at this time. But I am categorical: Cupra's new sales system does not work!

A delivery delayed by 8 months
For Fc76, the delivery of his Cupra Born was postponed by more than eight months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).

Fc76 ordered their Cupra Born in France on 16/12/2023. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 02/04/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 4 months. In the end, Fc76 took possession of the vehicle on 13/12/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 12 months.
