Car ordered on 09/21, for delivery scheduled for 11/08/2024. Call from sales on 10/29 to announce a delivery delay linked to the 130TCE Petrol engine: delivery postponed to 12/15.
On this date, the order tracking on My Dacia announces delivery between 12/23 and 01/05/2025.
As of today 11/24, order tracking announces delivery between 02/3 and 02/16. We make fun of the world. In the meantime I had to incur costs (150 euros) on my vehicle which Dacia took back from me for 800 euros. I am more than disappointed because I feel like I am being led for a ride and what I read on the blog does not reassure me.
the delivery went very well with competent and very friendly staff. I was told that I was going to receive a satisfaction survey, I said that I would have things to say...The secretary then discovered the delivery delay. I sent a registered letter to Dacia France which remained unanswered. She immediately offered me a trunk bin as compensation which I would receive on 01/30.

Initial delivery period of 2 months
Mi had opted for the Dacia Duster on 21/09/2024. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 08/11/2024, equating to a two months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 2 months
In Mi's case, his Dacia Duster was delivered with a slight two months delay, on 27/01/2025. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Dacia still managed well.

Mi ordered their Dacia Duster in France on 21/09/2024. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 08/11/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 2 months. In the end, Mi took possession of the vehicle on 27/01/2025, which resulted in a waiting time of 4 months.
