Since our order in January 2023, we have not heard from the sales representative, even when I asked in April if he could tell us the delivery date. On our voucher, the date was indicated as June 1, 2023. On June 1, no news, I sent a registered letter asking him to deliver the vehicle to us within 8 days. I got his response that we can cancel our order without any problem, vehicle delivered only from July 19! In my letter, I specified that he will owe late payment penalties until delivery of the vehicle if beyond 8 days.
