No delivery date communicated. It would be a question of availability of the chosen color. Only 3 or 4 cars delivered to the dealership today including 3 for the sales department in Toulon-La Valette 8-(.
The car is equipped with anchor points for roof bars. I wanted to order them to have them at the same time as the car. I was told that they did not exist....On my current 500 this also exists (above the doors), I have never found a roof bar even though the fixing points are provided. I think that for the 600 this will never exist. It's a shame for the sky, the fishing rod, a small roof box, or the CASTO skateboards.
It seems that the salespeople at the dealership don't know anything. It's a bit confusing. If I had waited for the “normal” end of my 36 months of “leasing” I would have been without a car on May 25th. Maybe that's what's going to happen. Obliged to take an “in stock” model (if possible), as for the 500. or else to see another dealer. You know the detailed instructions for use to download (320 pages), I fought for a week to finally obtain it (indirectly). Does this mean the seller doesn't know it? Apart from the 3-sheet mini-note in the proposed glove box.... I'm going to give in.
As soon as I returned from my trip, RV taken with the Cocession of Toulon and collection on May 17. No problems to report on the vehicle, a small problem with the FIAT application which seems problematic and not clarified at the moment. Obtaining a commercial gesture for the delay, the director of the FIAT dealership in Toulon put his hand in his pocket. I appreciate the gesture. The delivery of the 500th which was in LEA posed no problem, it must be said that it was “nickel”. So not disappointed by this new 600 PRIMA which turns out to be a very good car which meets in every way what I expected, and even more!
Thanks to DIAT Toulon who covered a small compensation for a delay due to the manufacturer for which it is absolutely not responsible. A sincere and responsible dealership, a good, very friendly team who always tries to "work things out" for their customers. I would add that I have never tested the after-sales service billing given that being in LEA everything is taken care of, except perhaps tire wear. On a fully electric vehicle this can be significant, especially since they are expensive.

Nothing, no sign, I'm still waiting. My LEA ends in 60 days so no more car in 2 months.

My wait will be 9 months next week. I wrote to the director of the Toulon dealership who should receive my mail today. I will post his response. On the day the vehicle is made available I will ask for a commercial gesture for the loss suffered because I absolutely need a 5 seater now (children). In 1 month I have to return my 500th, I will no longer have a vehicle. All my projects for the spring-summer season are on “standby”.

A letter of complaint sent on April 8 to the director of Fiat-Toulon, no response, no sign of life. 8-(.... "radio silence"

My new e-600 vehicle arrived at the dealership on May 7 while the registration document arrived by mail is dated April 29, to be precise. I was on a (scheduled) trip, I plan to take delivery within the week. I requested another appointment. As soon as delivery is made I will come back to you with a photo of the vehicle.

Expected delivery period of 3 months
When Perreaub ordered his Fiat 600 on 13/07/2023, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 09/10/2023, a standard three months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 7 months
For Perreaub, the delivery of his Fiat 600 was postponed by more than seven months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, Perreaub waited 10 months
Perreaub ordered their Fiat 600 in France
on 13/07/2023. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 09/10/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 3 months. In the end, Perreaub took possession of the vehicle on 17/05/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 10 months.
