Initial delivery period of 9 months
CHRIS had opted for the Ford Puma on 15/01/2022. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 15/10/2022, equating to a nine months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 4 months
In CHRIS's case, his Ford Puma was delivered with a slight four months delay, on 17/02/2023. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Ford still managed well.
In fact, CHRIS waited 13 months
