Order : 28/12/2022 | Delivery : 18/04/2024
Details from Jason :
They said it could take up until 1 year after order.
It might come 1 month or 2 earlier but it also could surpass the estimated delivery time of 1 year.
We ordered 2 C300e cars, one of them arrived begin october --> with wrong color black (should have been: selenite gray*)
and missing options: no cooling seats/ no projector headbeam lights.
We cancelled both of the cars, and had to make new orders for the 2 cars. Which will arrive between begin february- end of april 2024.
THIS IS NOT OK , please keep checking your orders if everything is still in production, the color, the options etc.

Expected delivery period of 10 months
When Jason ordered his Mercedes Classe C on 28/12/2022, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 27/10/2023, a standard ten months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 6 months
For Jason, the delivery of his Mercedes Classe C was postponed by more than six months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, Jason waited 16 months
Jason ordered their Mercedes Classe C in Belgium
on 28/12/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 27/10/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 10 months. In the end, Jason took possession of the vehicle on 18/04/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 16 months.
